Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with relevant departments / Home Remittance Partners for execution/onboarding
of projects, queries and deployments.
Maintain productive relationship with State Bank of Pakistan (PRI) for follow up on new Partner
additions and other IR related approvals
Assist in contacting and onboarding new tie-ups. Complete and compile all the prerequisite
documents received from the potential partners for KYC, due diligence and approval from
SBP.
Follow-up with the branches in achieving the allocated targets.
Manage and improve the overall back-end operations of the International Remittance
business of the bank for smooth processing of all types of transactions minimizing errors and
rejections
Prepare & generate reports on periodic basis for business growth/achievement & to furnish to
concerned quarters upon request.
Produce Ad Hoc reports and documents for senior team members.
Assist in processing of adverse events reports originating different sources.
Involve & support in preparation for department audits/inspections.
Updating and monitoring Remittance Processing System.
Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported issues raised by branches
and internal stake holders.
Providing technical support via Calls/ Emails for a wide range of Remittance & Core related
applications to Home Remittance partners and Bank staff.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports/dashboard and shared with the branches, Areas,
Region and senior management.
Internaitonal Partners/Branches and Customer Support.
Coordinate with Home remittance partners and relevant stake holders for smooth processing
Home Remittance Transactions.

Special reporting as per SBP Regulators.
Reconciliation of settlement/partners account.
Transaction Monitoring through I.R System.
Partners/Branches/Franchises and Customer Support.
Prefunding Monitoring.
